The Diversity Leadership Academy® of Greater Indianapolis (DLAGI) is a community-based leadership development program focused on diversity and helping leaders understand our similarities, differences and the challenges facing all of us.
The Spring 2008 DLAGI program is made possible through a consortium of sponsors which include: Citizens Gas & Coke Utility; Clarian Health; Eli Lilly and Company; and National City. Developed by the American Institute for Managing Diversity, the DLAGI will unite community leaders to participate in this innovative and action-oriented program. These include:

Indianapolis was the first city to offer this unique leadership program outside Atlanta, where it was founded. The program is built around a series of 5 full-day classes featuring Indianapolis-based curriculum.
